Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years; or PhD with 5+ years experience (or equivalent).
8+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
Expert level in structured problem solving (8D) and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong supplier management skills and ability to perform in-depth data analysis to resolve complex quality problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex quality improvement projects within highly matrixed environments with competing priorities.
Skilled in influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders and coaching supplier engineers in problem-solving methodologies.
Background in semiconductor fabrication or equipment operations and familiarity with program management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Waterfall, and change management practices is a plus.
