Manage end-to-end delivery and adoption of AI and Business Intelligence digital transformation initiatives across quality and operational functions.
Lead business analysis, coordinate between stakeholders, technical teams, and partners, and support deployment activities including User Acceptance Testing and issue tracking.
Develop executive-level presentations, communication plans, and reporting dashboards to drive stakeholder engagement and project governance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, project implementation, or related analytics roles.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
Work Mode: Full-Time; Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite).

Experienced in translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements and managing cross-functional, global project delivery.
Strong functional analyst skills with the ability to communicate with and engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments managing multiple initiatives, with a focus on execution discipline and delivering measurable adoption outcomes.
