Security Operations Centre Team Leader

Lead and mentor a team of SOC Analysts, ensuring high-quality security operations and continuous capability development.

Serve as senior technical authority for complex security incidents, performing Level III SOC Analyst tasks including threat hunting and incident response.

Maintain and improve SOC processes, collaborate with security teams for effective threat management and operational excellence.

Minimum 5+ years hands-on SOC experience with strong incident response background.

Proven senior or lead analyst experience with team mentoring responsibility.

Technical expertise in SIEM (e.g., Elastic SIEM, Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar), EDR, network security tools, and incident response methodologies (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in SOC environment.

Experienced leader able to balance hands-on technical investigation with team leadership and development.

Deep familiarity with SOC environments including threat hunting, malware investigations, and operationalizing SOC processes.

Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and managing escalations to ensure operational security excellence.
