Lead design, architecture, deployment, and integration of complex end-to-end multi-cloud solutions on AWS/GCP using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Own production support, operational automation, incident management, and 24x7 on-call reliability for enterprise cloud services, ensuring defined SLOs and high availability.
Develop automation and tooling with Python or Go including REST API integrations; lead incident response and continuous improvement efforts for system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years engineering experience with at least 3+ years in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
2+ years experience in Forward Deployed Engineering (customer-facing deployment) required.
Strong programming skills in Python or Go, with REST API integration experience.
Must have hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and/or Ansible, Linux production operations, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; role is onsite at HPE office.
