Execute the Results Delivery Office (RDO) Process Intelligence strategy to support enterprise transformation programs.
Drive initiatives for process intelligence deployments including current-state analysis, automation/redesign opportunities, and value capture monitoring.
Manage multi-initiative projects coordinating between process owners, analysts, IT, and RDO; develop visual dashboards showing insights, key metrics, ROI, and benefits.
Minimum Requirements
Master's OR Bachelor's degree.
7 to 13 years of experience in Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.
Proficiency with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) and data reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong project management skills collaborating with business and IT teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience mapping and analyzing end-to-end business processes with strong process improvement expertise.
Skilled in handling large data from multiple sources, with visualization and dashboard creation capabilities.
Comfortable navigating complex, ambiguous environments; able to communicate complex insights effectively across functions.
