Develop and tailor workflow solutions for Viral Vector Therapies (LV, AAV, RVV, Exosomes) based on customer manufacturing processes to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Field Application Specialists to provide technical and workflow support aligned with customer goals and challenges.
Identify new workflow opportunities, manage sales pipelines, report forecasts, gather market intelligence, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive technology adoption and business growth.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related science field.
6 to 8 years of experience in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Bioprocessing Industry.
Process knowledge related to LV, AAV, RVV, and Exosomes workflows.
Willingness to travel extensively within India and abroad as per business requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in customer-centric strategy with deep domain expertise in viral vector therapy workflows to drive business growth.
Strong cross-functional collaborator skilled in aligning technical solutions with customer needs and managing stakeholder relationships.
Capable of market development and strategic execution with proficiency in CRM tools like SFDC, and engaging with KOLs for market influence.
