Software Engineer I - Production Analyst

Perform technical triage on reported production issues including reproduction, code analysis, and evidence collection to confirm system behavior.

Understand the EHR application end-to-end, including user workflows, to trace code paths and identify failure points primarily using ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Classic ASP.

Produce clear, structured investigation notes to document issues and enable effective handoff to other teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

0–2 years of experience in software engineering, QA/automation, production support engineering, or technical investigation roles.

Ability to communicate investigation results clearly and unambiguously in English, both written and verbal.

Must work onsite 5 days/week in Vadodara office; remote applicants will not be considered.

Comfortable working with complex, mature codebases and debugging real-world system behavior using code and database logic analysis.

Able to reason about front-end actions and their effect on backend state involving relational databases and SQL.

Skilled in working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and documenting technical investigations clearly.
