Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end SAP BW4HANA data models and pipelines using ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS views, Transformations, and BEX Queries.
Lead or contribute to migrations from BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere, including data model redesign, validation, and reconciliation aligned with Datasphere best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics solutions integrating SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools, while ensuring system performance, security, and governance.
Minimum Requirements
5-9 years of relevant experience in SAP BW4HANA development and data engineering.
Proficient in SAP BW4HANA Modelling, ABAP programming (including AMDP, BADIs, debugging), SQL, and SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, PM etc.
Experience with BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere migration or conversion projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or MCA with 60% or above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in SAP BW4HANA data modelling and performance optimization, with hands-on ABAP development skills for data extraction and enhancements.
Experience driving or contributing to enterprise-wide SAP data platform migrations and integrations.
Comfortable interfacing directly with business and technical stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts clearly, and working under tight timelines.
