Support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations including access requests, provisioning and deprovisioning.
Manage IAM tickets (incidents and service requests) through tools like ServiceNow and perform user account management in systems such as Active Directory and SailPoint.
Assist in access reviews, certification campaigns, maintain operational documentation, and ensure compliance with IAM policies, SLAs, and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
0–2 years of experience in IT, support, service desk, or IAM operations.
Basic understanding of user access management and IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: 0–2 years in relevant IT/ IAM operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate with early-career experience in support or IAM operations comfortable handling user access lifecycle tasks and ticket management.
Detail-oriented individual with strong process adherence and familiarity with IAM tools and JML processes.
Someone capable of maintaining operational documentation and ensuring compliance with audit and policy requirements in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment.
