Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of critical and complex engineering programs and projects to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
Manage cross-functional engineering teams, coordinate interdependencies across disciplines including platform, SRE, and QA, and communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders.
Define program charters, metrics, and KPIs; surface risks, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous process improvements in program management.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
1+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineer, QE/QA, or platform engineer.
Proficiency with Agile and waterfall methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
Location requirement: This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large, complex technical initiatives with minimal oversight, including leading cross-disciplinary engineering, product, design, and security teams.
Able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and technical experts on system design, data architecture, infrastructure, and quality issues.
Demonstrates strong data-driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to clarify vague goals and introduce structure in volatile or ambiguous conditions.
