Assistant Manager/ Manager- Project Management

Responsible for end-to-end project execution ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and risk targets are met with high customer satisfaction.

Handle techno-commercial aspects, conduct Factory Acceptance Tests, project close-out, and site support activities.

Prepare resource loading charts, balance project resources, provide project pursuit support, and report project progress internally and externally.

Engineering degree mandatory; PMP certification is an advantage.

10-12 years of relevant experience in process control and automation, preferably with DCS/SIS design and experience in power plant projects.

Strong understanding of project life cycle from concept to commissioning in matrix organizations.

Proficient in MS Office tools; excellent communication and presentation skills required.

Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects with ability to self-manage workload to meet schedules.

Capable of leading techno-commercial project execution and interacting effectively across organizational levels.

Skilled in analytical problem solving, root cause analysis, and balancing resource allocation with strong influencing ability.
