Lead and coordinate the 24/7 Operations team on a rotational shift basis, owning incident response, monitoring, escalations, and shift handovers for Linux-based production systems.
Manage incidents including major incident coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring resolution within SLA.
Guide and mentor operations engineers while maintaining stable Linux services and improving operational processes through scripting and automation.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in IT operations, NOC, or infrastructure support in a 24/7 environment.
Prior experience as a shift lead, team lead, or senior operations engineer required.
Strong hands-on Linux administration skills (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) including troubleshooting, systemd, networking, and log analysis.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing pressure during major incidents with calm, decisive escalation and communication skills.
Proficient with ITIL processes and capable of maintaining operational discipline using ticketing and monitoring tools.
Operational leader comfortable with hands-on Linux system management, team coordination, and continuous process improvement.
