Associate D&T Analyst – Business Intelligence

Design, develop, maintain, and launch Business Intelligence visualization and reporting solutions using tools like Tableau, Looker, Advanced Excel.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to standardize BI solutions, ensure data validation, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights.

Lead BI engagement and delivery by translating business challenges into dashboard designs, coordinating with stakeholders and product teams under agile methodology.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field (Full Time) from an accredited university.

4+ years total experience with at least 3 years relevant working with business stakeholders and designing analytical solutions.

Advanced experience with Tableau; basic experience with Looker, Business Objects, Advanced Excel, SQL.

Basic understanding of data concepts including ETL, data governance, warehousing, and extraction tools like Google Big Query, SQL Server, SAP BW or SAP HANA.

Strong skills in BI product design and development with ability to partner cross-functionally including data engineering and data science teams.

Experience working in Agile environments delivering scalable BI solutions that aid decision making across business functions.

Ability to translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements and provide data-driven insights influencing business decisions.
