Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in business requirements analysis and validation for software projects.
Experience in the Card Payments industry and managing a team of Architects for requirement phases.
Client advisory/consultancy experience in IT environments with strong communication skills.
Ability to travel to client premises; proficiency in productivity tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Experienced in leading complex card migration or payment domain projects with client-facing roles involving senior stakeholders.
Operational expertise and strategic impact in requirements management and solution governance within payments and cards.
Comfortable working in matrix management environments, directing technical architects, and managing cross-functional teams during large-scale fintech transformations.
