Develop, analyze, and deliver BI reports and dashboards enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple enterprise platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, SSAS) to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with business leaders and teams to gather reporting requirements, support business performance, and improve reporting processes through automation and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience analyzing business data and developing insights to support decision-making.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX calculations.
Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, and SSAS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex datasets and translating them into meaningful business insights with strong analytical skills.
Operates effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced, global environments with ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Has experience or exposure to modern analytics technologies including Python, Machine Learning, OpenAI, and Microsoft Power Platform as advantageous.
