Agentic Business Process Analyst

Lead discovery and diagnostic sessions to map and redesign complex business processes integrating AI, automation, and human judgment for improved client workflows.

Collaborate with technical architects and engineers to translate process redesign into practical AI-enabled solutions, including prototypes, specifications, and delivery plans.

Drive internal transformation by coaching Crowe consultants on advanced, value-led, AI-enabled business process analysis and agentic transformation approaches.

Minimum 6 years as Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Process Consultant.

Strong experience with business process mapping and redesign, and exposure to AI, automation, or agentic transformation initiatives.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform implementations.

Experience in consulting or professional services with ability to facilitate client workshops and engage executive stakeholders.

Functionally strong and process-oriented individual who bridges business and technology effectively, comfortable working closely with technical teams and client IT staff.

Proven ability to diagnose root causes and recommend optimal mix of process, data, governance, automation, and AI solutions.

Experienced in consulting environments with leadership or mentoring experience and capable of upskilling and guiding teams on modern AI-enabled transformation mindsets.
