Administer and provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Active Directory users, groups, domain controllers, GPOs, and related security configurations ensuring AD health and availability.
Support Microsoft Entra ID operations including user and group management, SSO/MFA implementations, hybrid identity synchronization, certificate renewals, and CI/CD-based configuration deployments.
Own incident resolution, service requests, and project tasks related to AD and Entra ID with accountability, documentation, and process adherence.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Proficiency in Active Directory administration including managing users, groups, domain trusts, GPOs, replication, and security.
Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID features such as user/group administration, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, synchronization, and certificate management.
Work Experience Required: 3-6 years in relevant Active Directory and Entra ID roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable independently handling routine Active Directory and Entra ID operations with escalation for complex issues.
Experienced with scripting for automation and reporting, preferably PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API usage.
Familiarity with identity governance platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt) and ITSM tools like ServiceNow for identity lifecycle and workflow management is a plus.
