Engineering Group Manager - Senior Vice President

Lead and manage an engineering team to drive design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure aligned with the Technology team's strategy.

Oversee operations and technology spending to ensure budget adherence and alignment with CTO's technology strategy, managing execution of IT strategy and roadmap.

Ensure operational readiness and global standard conformance, manage team performance and development, and make evaluative judgments on complex situations impacting engineering outcomes.

10+ years of relevant engineering experience with people management responsibility.

Experience in Financial Services or large, complex/global environments.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.

Project management experience mandatory.

Experienced in managing engineering teams within complex matrix environments, demonstrating ability to partner with virtual teams.

Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a proven record of operational process change and improvement.

Demonstrates capability to navigate senior leadership negotiations and manage risks, compliance, and governance effectively in a financial context.
