Engineering Manager

Lead design, build, deployment, and operation of technology solutions for managing structured and unstructured data across multiple sources and storage architectures.

Manage and guide a data engineering team on Agile projects, setting clear goals, overseeing progress, and ensuring delivery quality and operational efficiency.

Establish and upgrade development and operational standards for data assets, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align technical and business objectives.

12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years leading data engineering teams in Big Data platforms and AWS.

3+ years experience building containerized data engineering solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong expertise in Agile software development and CI/CD practices.

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience also considered.

Experienced in strategic technology leadership with ability to develop scalable, cost-effective data platforms.

Proven capability to manage and motivate technical teams, aligning goals with organizational strategy and driving continuous improvement.

Comfortable working in Agile environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders including IT developers, business users, and leadership.
