Support execution of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities including case reviews, inherent risk assessments, due diligence coordination, and executive-summary preparation.
Manage TPRM case queues and relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant third-party onboarding and risk assessment.
Prepare audit-ready documentation and reports, resolve data/process inconsistencies, and maintain records to support governance, audit, and regulatory review.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years professional experience preferably in banking, financial services, risk management, compliance, procurement, audit, controls, or related fields.
Relevant experience in third-party risk management, operational risk, vendor management, due diligence, or risk-and-control functions.
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CRVPM, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CBCI) are advantageous.
Work primarily during first half of US working hours; experience with Archer or similar GRC platforms preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing end-to-end TPRM lifecycle activities including risk assessment, due diligence review, and stakeholder coordination in a regulated financial-services environment.
Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and inconsistencies, with ability to produce clear, audit-ready executive communications and reports.
Comfortable working in a globally distributed matrixed organization collaborating with multiple functional teams and maintaining compliance with complex policies and standards.
