Levies and Garnishment Unit, Analyst, Legal Operations

Manage and analyze all forms of legal processes (levies, garnishments, subpoenas, court orders) to identify and restrict Firm property accordingly.

Handle intake, updating, and closure of legal matters, ensuring compliance with legal and financial policies.

Collaborate with supervisors, legal department, branch offices, and outside counsel to mitigate risks and process legal documents efficiently.

0.6 - 1.5 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a law firm or legal department.

Qualified professional; LLB degree is an advantage but not mandatory.

Proficiency in English communication and computer skills including Windows and Microsoft Office.

Willingness to work Monday to Friday during IST night shifts aligned with US EDT/EST hours and flexible hours including India public holidays.

Experience working in legal operations or legal compliance environments focusing on document analysis and process management.

Ability to handle fast-paced, detail-oriented tasks with strong organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable collaborating across teams and handling escalations with sound judgment and analytical problem-solving skills.
