Lead design and development of scalable, high-quality backend distributed systems with integrated AI components in a multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment.
Make architectural and design decisions focusing on performance, scalability, and extensibility while contributing throughout the software development lifecycle including code reviews and testing.
Mentor engineering team members and enforce high coding standards, including evaluation of human and AI-generated code for security, performance, and correctness.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software development experience with large-scale system design.
Proficiency in at least one programming language from Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, or C++.
Experience developing SaaS applications on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems concepts (queues, locking, scheduling, event-driven architecture) and relational/non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with solid SQL skills.

Experienced senior software engineer/engineering lead with demonstrated technical leadership in distributed SaaS/cloud applications.
Strong background in designing and building scalable, performance-oriented systems with microservices architecture.
Comfortable operating in hybrid engineering models and integrating AI tools into development workflows.
