Architect and design next-generation, scalable test automation frameworks and AI-powered quality tools for Salesforce Service Cloud products including ITSM, Agentforce Contact Center, CMDB, Messaging, Voice, and CSP.
Lead technical decisions and collaborate across multiple Service Cloud teams to drive framework evolution, tool standardization, and integration with AI/LLM technologies for intelligent test generation and defect prediction.
Translate real-world customer issues and production incidents into proactive testing improvements to enhance product quality and accelerate high-quality releases.
Minimum Requirements
18+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years experience architecting and designing test frameworks and tools.
3+ years hands-on experience with AI-driven approaches, LLM integration, and AI-based tooling.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and scaling complex enterprise test automation frameworks for SaaS/cloud products, especially in multi-tenant environments.
Proven ability to lead technical architecture and influence engineering organizations, particularly around AI integration in quality engineering.
Domain familiarity with ITSM, contact center operations, CMDB/asset management, or customer service platforms and understanding of Salesforce platform technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
