Minimum Requirements
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate (HR specialization preferred).
Work Experience Required: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in edtech sales hiring is a strong advantage.
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office, located in Baner, Pune (candidates within 15 km preferred or open to relocation).
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor and presentable personality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate should be early-career or fresher with strong motivation for building a career in Talent Acquisition.
Should be comfortable managing end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, and coordination independently.
Experience or interest in edtech domain talent hiring preferred, indicating familiarity with relevant talent pools and hiring challenges.
