Minimum Requirements
8–10 years experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, cold chain, or distribution operations.
Proven experience managing teams of 10+ employees and multi-site, multi-city operations.
Strong hands-on experience with warehouse execution and managing 3PL, transport, external partners.
Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in relevant operations.
