Lead Software Engineer (Java Full Stack, Camunda BPM, GenAI)

Lead architecture, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale platforms using Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, Camunda, Microservices, and Cloud-native technologies.

Drive technical design, code, testing, reviews, and companywide best practices for complex, large-scale technology solutions.

Lead engineering teams, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and accelerate software delivery through AI-powered and Generative AI engineering practices.

5+ years software engineering experience including Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.

4+ years experience with ReactJS and frontend frameworks; 2+ years with Camunda or similar BPM platforms; experience with Kafka, MongoDB, relational DBs, microfrontends.

Hands-on experience with cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, PCF, OpenShift, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness, GitHub Actions, Gradle).

Mandatory experience delivering Generative AI solutions (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents), use of AI-assisted development tools, and understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance.

Senior engineer with proven ability to lead large-scale, complex technology initiatives and define companywide engineering standards.

Experienced in integrating AI/GenAI into full software development lifecycle to improve productivity and innovation.

Strong background in banking/financial services domain or related enterprise platforms with expertise in workflow automation and operations.
