Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in automation development.
Hands-on experience with RPA platforms, Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud flows), and AWS including S3, Lambda, and AWS Bedrock.
Proficiency in JavaScript plus at least one other programming language (Python, C#, Java) and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Certifications in Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and AWS are a plus.

Experienced in collaborative workflows using Git and working closely with cross-functional teams like business analysts and process owners.
Strong domain expertise in automation platforms, cloud services (AWS), intelligent document processing, and modern web development frameworks.
