Agile Delivery & Operations Lead

Lead coordination of dependencies, risk management, and cross-functional agreement to ensure timely delivery and continuous process improvement.

5+ years leading Agile delivery or delivery operations across multiple software teams with measurable improvements.

Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and software delivery lifecycle with adaptability to team needs.

Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau from Jira data and automating reporting processes.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance work speed and quality with concrete examples.

Experienced in cross-functional coordination and resolving competing priorities with clear, respectful communication.

Data-driven operator comfortable using AI and analytics to identify root causes and lead independent process improvements to adoption.

Strong capability to frame problems, verify data accuracy, and present concise decision briefs with evidence, options, and tradeoffs.
