Own the Digital and Technology infrastructure across offices, manufacturing, and distribution centers in India, ensuring alignment with Global Infrastructure strategies.
Manage second level end user support including audio visual services, asset lifecycle, data center/server room maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Lead and support projects including disaster recovery and IT audits, and act as liaison between India teams and global stakeholders for infrastructure needs.
Minimum Requirements
Full-time graduation from an accredited university.
7-10 years of relevant work experience.
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure with foundational certifications.
Willingness to provide on-call support including after hours and weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced infrastructure professional capable of managing complex multi-site environments and vendor relationships.
Comfortable interfacing with senior management and global stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs.
Demonstrates strong project management skills including scope definition, planning, and execution under global standards.
