Configure and deliver solutions using Substation Automation products including MicroSCADA family (SYS600, SYS600C, Historian, SDM600, DMS600) and communication protocols such as IEC61850, IEC101, IC104, and Modbus.
Prepare system architecture, IO signal lists, digital control & protection drawings for digital substations, and generate preliminary BOMs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Primary, Project Management, Production) and act as a point of contact in absence of lead; review own documents before submission.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
5 to 8 years related experience specifically with MicroSCADA family products and communication protocols IEC61850, IEC101, IC104, Modbus.
Familiarity with SYS600 engineering tools (View builder, Display builder) and standards like IEC, IEEE, ANSI.
Willingness to travel for site testing and commissioning activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced individual contributor skilled in configuring and delivering technical solutions on Substation Automation products and protocols.
Capable of independently preparing technical documentation and drawings with attention to QA/QC standards.
Effective collaborator who can coordinate with multiple technical teams and manage interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
