Own and drive the full backend development lifecycle including design, implementation, and delivery without separate testers or pre-written specs.

Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of work experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in C# .NET is mandatory; front-end skills are not required.
Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS and EKS containerization, is important.
Familiarity with source control (Bitbucket), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Argo, Octopus), and databases like SQL Server, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable owning end-to-end backend development in a DevOps-like environment including production support and monitoring.
Willingness to navigate and modernize undocumented legacy codebases using modern tools and AI-assisted coding.
Preference for mid-level to early-senior engineers who are adaptable and collaborative, with a preference against candidates with over 10 years experience in similar roles.
