Lead design, development, deployment, and support of scalable, secure GenAI and Agentic AI applications using Microsoft Azure AI services.
Guide and oversee software development lifecycle activities including technical design, code review, testing, troubleshooting, and production support across Agile teams.
Develop and optimize AI workflows, RAG solutions, Python APIs, microservices, and implement security and performance best practices on Azure cloud platforms.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of software development experience with hands-on expertise in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud native applications on Microsoft Azure.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Agentic AI frameworks (Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph), RAG, embeddings, and vector retrieval.
Proficient in Python development (FastAPI or Django), Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Docker, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), and databases including Cosmos DB and PostgreSQL with pgvector.

Experienced technical lead capable of managing and guiding developers through full software development lifecycle in Agile environments.
Deep technical expertise in Agentic AI system design focusing on orchestration, planning, memory, state management, and tool integration on Azure AI platforms.
Proven track record of building production-grade, secure, scalable AI applications with strong operational understanding of cloud-native services, security, and performance optimization.
