Minimum Requirements
3+ years work experience with start-up mentality and proactive learning approach.
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with experience in relevant web frameworks.
Expertise in Kubernetes and containerization; experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering; experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure; Solution Architecture experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong backend engineering skills with practical experience owning feature development end-to-end, including ambiguous requirement navigation and stakeholder communication.
Experience working in high-ownership, fast-moving start-up environments emphasizing automation and engineering excellence.
Familiarity with distributed systems, multi-tenant architectures, asynchronous programming and cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, containerization).
