Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX design for web applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction/UX Design or Bachelor’s in Engineering with Master’s in Design.
Strong UX design portfolio showcasing consumer-grade design in complex domains.
Proficiency with Figma and/or Sketch; familiarity with user research and usability testing techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise or complex domain product design with ability to simplify workflows.
Skilled in presenting design rationale and collaborating across multifunctional teams to influence product experience.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, handling multiple projects, and prioritizing effectively.
