Build and deploy LLM-powered AI agents, including voice agents, for real-world financial institution workflows.
Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems: problem scoping, design, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Collaborate with customers and Implementation Managers to understand workflows, solve problems, and drive successful deployments.
Minimum Requirements
1–3 years experience in backend, data, or AI engineering.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience or exposure to LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering.
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (B.Tech, BE, or M.Tech) preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams, indicating strong communication skills and operational collaboration.
Able to take high ownership and work effectively in ambiguity with fast shipping cycles, implying adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset.
Has exposure to or experience with production LLM systems, AI agents, or related tooling (voice AI, evaluation frameworks) as a competitive advantage.
