Senior Manager - Automation Delivery Lead

Lead and execute enterprise-wide automation strategy integrating rule-based automation, intelligent agents, and AI/ML capabilities.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation frameworks and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across business functions.

Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, AI developers, and solution architects, ensuring compliance and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

8+ years of experience in automation with at least 2 years in intelligent agent or AI-driven systems.

Proven experience leading automation initiatives in BFSI or similar domains.

Exposure to intelligent document processing (IDP), process mining, and decision automation.

Work Location: Home Office with branch in Gurugram -90C.

Experience driving strategic automation projects that combine traditional automation with AI-driven intelligent agents.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and promoting automation asset reuse.

Familiarity with automation frameworks, multi-agent systems, and emerging AI orchestration technologies.
