Lead Product Manager (AI)-2

Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for an AI agent platform serving Mastercard issuers and acquirers, prioritizing features based on customer need, business impact, and delivery feasibility.

Lead customer discovery and translate findings into clear, scoped product requirements for engineering teams to execute autonomously.

Own compliance and governance integration, success metrics tracking, stakeholder communication, and platform-level infrastructure advocacy to optimize product delivery and impact.

Experience: Proven track record owning and shipping AI or data products in enterprise B2B environments.

Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Domain: Experience managing products in regulated industries, preferably financial services or payments.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with the AI product lifecycle, agentic AI concepts, and balancing AI economics (inference cost, latency, model capabilities).

Strategic, data-driven product manager comfortable making balanced trade-offs between customer needs, AI capability, and compliance requirements.

Experienced in leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, compliance, sales, and design without formal authority.

Able to operate effectively in platform versus application product models, with strong prioritization discipline and clear communication skills.
