Senior UI/UX Designer

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design within enterprise or collaborative product environments.

Proficiency in visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Hands-on experience applying predefined graphical systems or structured design guidelines to maintain visual consistency.

Experienced working in structured, scalable UI/UX design environments collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including Service Designers and Product Owners.

Strategic focus on user-centered design translating complex user journeys into functional and responsive interfaces.

Comfortable integrating AI-assisted workflows and prompt-based tools within the design process to increase efficiency and innovation.
