Principal Network DevOps Engineer

Lead design and implementation of AI-driven automation platforms for network and cloud infrastructure operations, focusing on intelligent troubleshooting, workflow orchestration, and operational insight.

Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and scalable automation frameworks for Autodesk’s global network and cloud connectivity platforms, including Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps workflows.

Develop enterprise integrations, knowledge management systems, security automation, and observability platforms to enhance network operations and support enterprise AI adoption.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, automation, cloud, infrastructure, or network engineering.

Strong proficiency in Python, API development, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD, and enterprise automation platforms.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, security configurations, and troubleshooting.

Experienced in leading large-scale network infrastructure initiatives and influencing technical strategy across multiple teams in an Agile environment.

Skilled in building and operationalizing AI/Agentic AI and Generative AI-driven automation and intelligent operational platforms integrated with enterprise systems.

Technically strong in designing secure, scalable network automation, cloud connectivity, and AI governance/compliance within enterprise settings.
