Lead Scrum Master responsible for multiple agile teams, facilitating core Agile ceremonies and coaching on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe/Scaled Agile practices.
Establish and manage PMO frameworks, oversee program/project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into execution plans, provide executive reporting on delivery status and risks, and manage stakeholders including external vendors.
Minimum Requirements
11-15 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or related fields; M.Tech/MBA/MCA also accepted.
Mandatory skills: Coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices; facilitating key Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Work Experience Required: 11-15 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in scaling Agile practices and PMO governance in complex, multi-team environments within advisory or consulting contexts.
Proven ability to lead Agile transformations with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and reporting dashboards.
Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to drive delivery towards strategic business outcomes while managing risks and dependencies.
