Coach and support agile product teams to improve delivery discipline, predictability, and agile maturity, including 1:1 coaching for Product Owners and team members.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment and timely resolution of blockers.
Develop and track team OKRs aligned with enterprise priorities and support continuous improvement through metrics and coaching plans.
Minimum Requirements
9-10 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach with agile teams in scaled environments.
Proficiency in agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and experience with agile tooling such as Jira and SPM.
Experience with OKR development and outcome-based performance tracking.
Location requirement: Can be based in Gurgaon or other specified locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coaching and transforming teams in large-scale agile environments with ownership of team-level outcomes.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and managing dependencies at scale.
Familiar with software development lifecycle, test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and enterprise mindset beyond just team execution.
