Minimum Requirements
4-5 years of experience working as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional expert.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Core HR module.
Strong skills in translating business requirements into functional solutions and excellent English communication (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and unsupervised with strong documentation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules beyond Core HR (e.g., Absence, HR Helpdesk) and preferably familiar with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
Capable of providing functional leadership and expert advice on Cloud processes and configuration in a Managed Services environment.
Comfortable delivering training, demos, and coaching remotely while maintaining client-focused consultancy.
