Security Operations Analyst, 2027 Leadership Development Programme, India

Monitor and tune security controls to protect ION's global IT systems and networks.

Identify, analyze, mitigate, and respond to information security threats and incidents within a 24x7 SOC environment.

Maintain security technologies and ensure compliance with policies, while meeting defined KPIs and SLAs.

Degree/diploma/certification in technology-related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Fundamental programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).

Experience in security and systems administration, focusing on workstations, servers, and network technologies is preferred but not explicitly quantified.

Must be willing to work in shifts including overnight, weekends, and on-call as part of a 24x7 global operation.

Technically strong candidate with hands-on experience in deploying, managing, or operating multiple security technologies such as endpoint security, SIEM, DLP, SWG, CASB, IDS/IPS, firewall, IAM, and vulnerability management.

Experienced in threat analysis, incident response, and vulnerability remediation in a business-as-usual operational security team.

Comfortable working independently in a globally coordinated SOC environment, owning tasks through to completion and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
