Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience with strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe principles.
Working understanding of JCI product domains such as fire detection, controls, HVAC equipment or aftermarket parts.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex product delivery across globally distributed Agile teams (including US and India).
Skilled at translating business and seller needs into actionable, well-defined product features with measurable outcomes.
Familiar with product configuration, selection, estimating, or CPQ platforms and has domain familiarity in HVAC, Fire Detection, Building Automation, or related industries.
