Associate Data Team Lead

Independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for large, single or multi-service clinical studies, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Serve as primary client contact for data management deliverables, lead negotiations, escalations, and maintain customer relationships for global programs.

Lead and mentor data management teams, oversee financial management including SOW/budget, and drive continuous process improvements and compliance across projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Health, Clinical, Biological or Mathematical Sciences or related field.

Minimum 7 years direct Data Management experience including 5+ years as Clinical Data Management project lead.

Proven experience managing multiple global clinical trials (≥1000 patients) through full data management lifecycle.

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), regulatory guidelines, and clinical drug development process.

Experienced in leading complex global clinical trials with ability to handle multiple large studies simultaneously.

Strong capabilities in client negotiation, project financial management, and delivering under contractual obligations independently.

Expertise in data management processes including SAE reconciliation, vendor management, and application of new technologies in CDM environment.
