Overall accountability for first-line support and customer experience of ERP Application Security including SAP Security (GRC Access Control, IAM, role design).
Lead global ERP Security and support organization, ensuring 24x7 responsive, security-compliant, and timely resolution aligned with SLAs and business needs.
Drive establishment and maturation of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Archiving enterprise support capabilities, expanding technical expertise and support models.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years progressively complex information services experience with staff and supervisory roles.
Relevant computer science graduate or masters degree is required.
Experience with ERP security including SAP GRC Access Control, IAM, and role design mandatory.
Role based in Bangalore, India; must work 5 days onsite with shift timing 01:00-10:00PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader managing multi-disciplinary, global IT Teams supporting ERP security operations with strong vendor and stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge and operational experience in SAP Security landscape plus practical exposure to SAP BTP and SAP Archiving solutions support.
Proven track record in implementing service management best practices, continuous improvement, and service automation in complex IT environments.
