Senior Vice President, Data Operations

Lead design and execution of enterprise-wide Data Governance Framework ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across private credit, real estate, and insurance verticals.

Direct data quality strategy, managing reference data for term loans, bonds, equities, derivatives, structured products, and implement data lineage, metadata management, and cataloging.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data governance with strategic and regulatory priorities; build and mentor a high-performing data governance team.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

20+ years of leadership experience in data governance or data management, focused on private credit, private real estate, or insurance.

Proficiency with data governance frameworks, quality management, platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Sigma, Alation), programming (SQL, Python), and regulatory knowledge.

Experience managing data quality and reference data for complex securities including term loans, bonds, equities, derivatives, structured products.

Senior leader with deep domain expertise in private credit, private real estate, or insurance data management.

Strategic advisor capable of aligning data governance programs with business priorities and regulatory requirements in a regulated environment.

Experienced in deploying advanced data platforms and driving enterprise-wide data quality and metadata management initiatives.
