DGM - Program,Portfolio Governance & Delivery Manager

Lead planning, governance, prioritisation, and execution oversight for the global Talent, Learning & Capability portfolio.

Provide integrated portfolio performance views covering demand, resources, risks, dependencies, investment, adoption, and benefits to support informed decision-making.

Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, standards, reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement across HR Shared Services and associated functions.

Experience Required: Extensive experience in portfolio, programme, and delivery governance within large-scale global or multi-business transformation environments.

Mandatory Skills: Portfolio and programme management, governance, risk and benefits realisation, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making including responsible AI.

Relevant Qualification: Portfolio, programme, project, change management, or risk management qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Domain Experience: Experience managing dependencies between strategic HR functions and shared services/operational delivery organisations; experience within people, HR, learning, or workforce transformation portfolios is advantageous.

Experienced in managing large, complex, cross-functional talent and HR technology portfolios with a strategic and operational governance focus.

Skilled in integrating business strategy, demand, capacity, investment, and risks into unified, measurable portfolio outcomes.

Capable of engaging and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders across global, matrixed organisations using data-informed insights and advanced portfolio analytics.
