Salesforce Business Analyst

Analyze and test Salesforce-related business processes, working end-to-end on projects including test case creation and defect tracking.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce solutions.

Provide day-to-day Salesforce incident management and production support, liaising between business teams and developers to resolve issues.

Minimum 3+ years experience in manual testing including defect tracking and handling full project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (B.Tech/B.E.).

Proficiency in Salesforce platform and experience with Jira for story and defect management.

Work location requires at least three days per week in office, with some remote flexibility; shift timing approximately 4:45 PM to 1:15 AM India time.

Experienced in managing full SDLC in Agile and Waterfall environments, collaborating across multifunctional teams including developers and business analysts.

Strong analytical and communication skills suitable for resolving complex production issues and negotiating solutions across business units.

Capable of independently driving testing and quality assurance activities for complex software systems, especially Salesforce integrations.
