Director - ERP Data Analytics, AI & Automation Platform

Own strategy, governance, delivery and operational performance of GSK's ERP data, analytics, AI, and automation platforms, including SAP BW, SAC, Power BI, and conversational AI.

Lead modernization and transformation programs such as ECC to S/4HANA migration and adoption of advanced analytics platforms ensuring trusted data and actionable insights.

Manage platform operations, vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and pharma industry requirements to drive measurable business value and efficiency.

18+ years experience in ERP, Data & Analytics, AI, Automation or Enterprise Technology roles with leadership of global teams and large-scale transformations.

5+ years managing enterprise data, analytics, AI, automation or ERP platform teams, budgets, vendors, and strategic roadmaps.

Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments and enterprise analytics platforms like SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, SAP Datasphere, BDC, Power BI.

Deep knowledge of AI including Generative AI, Conversational AI, Intelligent Automation, and compliance requirements in highly regulated environments.

Experienced executive with a track record of defining and executing multi-year ERP data and analytics platform strategies aligned to business objectives.

Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and collaborate across global pharmaceutical or regulated industries.

Skilled at managing large technology budgets, vendor partnerships and driving adoption and value from advanced AI and automation capabilities.
